RacingJunk.com’s Winter Safety-Kleen Giveaway

Eligibility: RacingJunk.com’s Winter 2014 Safety-Kleen Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia over the age of 18 with access to the Internet and a valid email account. All employees of Internet Brands, Inc. (“Sponsor”), all employees of Safety-Kleen Systems, Inc. (“Sweepstakes Partner”), all associated agencies and their respective affiliates, licensees or agents (collectively, “Sweepstakes Entities”), and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses) and those living in the same household of each (whether related or not), are ineligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Entry in the Sweepstakes constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Official Rules. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

Sweepstakes Period: Unless specified otherwise, the Sweepstakes entry period begins January 13, 2014 and ends at 11:59 p.m. (Eastern time) on March 31, 2014 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Winner will be selected from entries properly submitted and timely received during the Sweepstakes Period.

Sweepstakes Entry:  You may enter the Sweepstakes during the Sweepstakes Period by using an APPROVED method of entry. The APPROVED method(s) of entry include:

a. Online Entry. Visit RacingJunk.com and accurately complete and submit an online entry form using the on-screen instruction provided. Online entries must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. (Eastern Time) on March 31, 2014.  Limit one (1) entry per person or email address. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email account. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder will be deemed to be the participant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email account. The potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.

b. Standard Mail Entry. As an alternative and unless specified otherwise, you may enter by mailing a standard-size postcard with your name, address, phone number and email address to: RacingJunk.com, Attn: RacingJunk.com Winter 2014 Safety-Kleen Giveaway, 106 Main Street, North Adams, MA 01247.  Postcard entries must be received by March 20, 2014 to be included in the random drawing, and no more than one (1) postcard may be submitted.
Limit one (1) entry per person. Sweepstakes allows for either one (1) Online Entry OR one (1) Standard Mail Entry. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Incomplete entries are void. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt. Multiple entries and mechanically reproduced copies are void.

Prize:  The winner will be awarded one (1) Safety-Kleen cabinet with Safety-Kleen and Motorhead Media products, with an approximate retail value of One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars (ARV US $1,500). The prize will not be replaced if lost or stolen, is not transferable and is not redeemable for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize of equal or greater value if the entire prize or a portion of advertised prize is unavailable for any reason. The Sweepstakes Partner will deliver the prize to the winner by Federal Express (FedEx), United Parcel Service (UPS), or a similarly suitable shipping service. The reporting and payment of any tax liabilities (federal, state and local) incurred by the winner as a result of the Sweepstakes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Any and all guarantees and warranties for merchandise prize is subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions, and the winner agrees to look solely to such manufacturer for any such warranty or guarantee claim.
