Hubert’s Bon Voyage Winter Hello Summer Sweepstakes

Hansen Beverage Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of Monster Energy Company (“Hubert’s”) is offering the “Hubert’s Bon Voyage Winter, Hello Summer Sweepstakes” (the “Sweepstakes”). The Sweepstakes is subject to these official rules (the “Official Rules”), and by entering, entrant (“Entrant”) agrees to be bound by them and the decisions of Hubert’s, which are final and binding in all respects. This Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m., January 1, 2014, US Pacific Time and ends March 1, 2014 at 11:59 p.m., US Pacific Time (the “Entry Period”). Hubert’s computer is the official timekeeping device for entry in the Sweepstakes. All entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on March 1, 2014.

Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open to persons who: are legal residents of, and physically located within, the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia; are 18 years of age or older, or the age of majority for their state of residence, whichever is older at the time of entry; have access to the Internet; and have a valid US Passport. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. Employees, officers and representatives, and members of their immediate families (i.e., parents, spouses, siblings, children, grandparents, step parents, step children and step siblings, and their respective spouses, and those living in the same household, whether or not related) of Hubert’s, and Orbit Sales and Marketing, LLC (“Orbit”), and their respective affiliated companies, parent companies, subsidiaries, participating promotional partners, retailers, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies, webmasters and any company involved in the creation, design, execution, production, or fulfillment of the Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”) are not eligible. All entries submitted in compliance with these Official Rules and not disqualified or void are considered “Eligible Entries.” All entries are the property of Hubert’s.

How To Enter: To enter, visit hubertslemonade.com and click on the Sweepstakes registration link and complete the on-line registration by providing the following information: first name, last name, home address, a valid email address, date of birth, and home telephone number including area code.

There is a limit of one (1) entry, per eligible person during the Entry Period. For purposes of this Sweepstakes, a “day” begins at 12:01 a.m. US Pacific Time and ends at 11:59 p.m. US Pacific Time. Entries that are in excess of the stated limits, incomplete, illegible, corrupted, damaged, destroyed, forged, false, lost, late or misdirected, deceptive or otherwise not in compliance with the Official Rules may be disqualified from the Sweepstakes at Hubert’s sole and absolute discretion. Entries generated by a script, computer programs, macro, programmed, robotic or other automated means are void and may be disqualified. Subsequent attempts made by the same individual to submit multiple entries by using multiple or false contact information or otherwise may be disqualified. The Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to, the malfunctioning of any wireless network, telephone, computer, computer network, hardware or software or the unavailability or inaccessibility of any service. The Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for electronic communications that are undeliverable as a result of any form of active or passive filtering of any kind, or insufficient space in entrant’s handset to receive messages. Those who do not follow all of the instructions, provide the required information in their entry form, or abide by these Official Rules or other instructions of Hubert’s may be disqualified. All materials submitted become the property of Hubert’s and will not be returned. Illegible and/or incomplete entries and entries submitted by entrants who do not meet the eligibility requirements (including all requirements with respect to age and residence) are void.The odds of winning depend on the total number of Eligible Entries received within the Entry Period.

Prizes: Two (2) “Grand Prizes” are available to be won. A Grand Prize shall be awarded to each Grand Prize Winner. Each Grand Prize consists of: (a) round trip coach airfare transportation for two (2) persons to Ft. Lauderdale, Florida (FFL) from the major airport in the continental United States nearest to a Grand Prize Winner’s residence, as determined by Hubert’s. Hubert’s may also chose an alternative airport if the departure airport is unavailable for any reason. Each Grand Prize Winner and his/her travel companion must be able to provide proper legal ID to the airline;

(b) one (1) night standard accommodations for two (2) persons (room and tax only) in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida at a hotel property determined by Hubert’s, in its sole discretion, the night before the cruise’s departure, May 25, 2014;

(c) five (5) nights’ accommodations onboard the “Vision of the Seas” from May 26, 2014 to May 31, 2014, with planned ports of call in Roatan, Honduras and Cozumel, Mexico (all port of call related arrival and departure times are subject to change without notice.), which includes all means and snacks in the main dining room and buffet (with the exception of the on-board specialty and a la carte restaurants, which are an additional charge and not included in the Grand Prize), coffee, tea, iced tea and juices, full use of ship facilities: day spa, fitness centers, and on-board pools; and

(d) all port related charges, government taxes and fees, and gratuities for the Grand Prize Winner’s cabin steward, maître de and dining room staff.

Each Grand Prize’s approximate retail value (“ARV”) is: $4,000.
