ELIGIBILITY: Happy & Healthy New Year Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia and Canada (excluding Puerto Rico, all other US territories and Quebec) who are 18 years of age or older.

TIMING: Happy & Healthy New Year Sweepstakes ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on February 17 at 11:59:59 PM ET.

HOW TO ENTER: Visit elevatesuperfoods.com/healthynewyear and follow the on-screen instructions to register. Limit one (1) entry per person or email address per day.

PRIZES: One (a) Grand Prize will be awarded. One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be randomly drawn from among all eligible entries received, and will be awarded a Grand Prize consisting of:

  • Apple Watch Sport (valued at $400) + $500 sporting goods gift card. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize is $900 USD.
  • One 1st place prize will be awarded. One (1) 1st place prize winner will be randomly drawn from among all eligible entries received, and will be awarded a 1st place prize consisting of: 12 month gym membership to the gym of their choice (valued at $600). The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each 1st place prize is $600 USD.
  • One 2nd place prize will be awarded. One (1) 2nd place prize winner will be randomly drawn from among all eligible entries received, and will be awarded a 2nd place prize consisting of: $250 Lululemon gift card (valued at $250). The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each 2nd place prize is $250 USD.
  • One 3rd place prize will be awarded.
