How to Enter: Beginning at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on February 4 until 5:00 p.m. ET on March 31, you may enter the Comfort Food Essentials Sweepstakes by visiting the Food Network website foodnetwork.com/comfortfoodsweeps or foodnetwork.com/recipes/packages/comfort-foods/sweepstakes/sweepstakes-enter and completing and submitting the online entry form.Limit of one (1) entry per eligible person, per day, during the Promotion Period.

Eligibility: This Promotion is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who are 21 years of age or older at time of entry.Prize: The Grand Prize Winner shall win the following (the “Grand Prize”): $3,000 cash (presented in the form of a check). Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize: $3,000.

The First Prize Winner shall win the following (the “First Prize”): Comfort Food themed products from the Food Network store chosen by Sponsor in its sole discretion. ARV of the First Prize: $765.
