ELIGIBILITY: E! Live From Fashion Week Sweepstakes is open only to permanent, legal United States residents who are physically residing in one (1) of the forty-eight (48) continental United States or the District of Columbia (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands and other United States territories) and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (19 in Alabama and Nebraska, and 21 in Mississippi) and of the age of majority in their state of residence as of the start of the Sweepstakes Period.

TIMING: E! Live From Fashion Week Sweepstakes ends on September 12.

TO ENTER: To enter the Sweepstakes, during the Sweepstakes Period visit uversefashionweeksweeps.com, scroll to the Sweepstakes section of the site, and follow the provided instructions to complete and thereafter submit the entry form. You may enter once per day, for a total of no more than twenty-six (26) Entries during the Sweepstakes Period.

PRIZES: There will be four (4) weekly prizes awarded with one (1) Weekly Prize to each Weekly Winner. There will be one (1) grand prize awarded to the Grand Prize Winner.

Weekly Prize: Each Weekly Winner will receive one (1) Weekly Prize. Weekly Prize consists of the following: one (1) one hundred dollar ($100) online retailer gift card.

Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of each Weekly Prize is one hundred dollars ($100). ERV of all Weekly Prizes is four hundred dollars ($400). Actual retail value (“ARV”) of Weekly Prize may vary. Any difference between ERV and ARV will not be awarded.

Grand Prize: Grand Prize consists of a trip for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest to New York, NY. Trip consists of the following elements: roundtrip standard coach-class airfare for Grand Prize Winner and Guest to an airport in or near New York, NY, standard hotel accommodations for two (2) nights at a hotel in or near New York, New York, a personal photographer for two (2) hours on one (1) day of the Trip, and one (1) $500 American Express gift card.

Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of Grand Prize is four thousand and five hundred ($4,500). Actual Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize may vary. ERV of all Prizes is four thousand and nine hundred dollars ($4,900).
