ELIGIBILITY: The Kitchen Resolutions Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who are 21 years of age or older.

TIMING: The Kitchen Resolutions Sweepstakes ends at 5:00 p.m. ET on February 5.

HOW TO ENTER: You may enter the Kitchen Resolutions Sweepstakes online by visiting the DIY Network website diynetwork.com/kitchensweeps and completing and submitting the online entry form. Limit of one (1) entry per eligible person, per day.

PRIZE: The Grand Prize Winner will receive the following: $25,000 cash (presented in the form of a check).
