ELIGIBILITY: L’Oreal Paris Beauty Awards Sweepstakes is open to all legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older. The Sweepstakes is void in Puerto Rico and U.S. territories and possessions and where prohibited by law.
