PureLoveForPets.com – Purina Prize Bowl Instant Win Game

ELIGIBILITY: The Purina Prize Bowl Instant Win Game (the “Game”) is open to all legal residents of the 50 United States (including D.C.) who are 18 years of age (19 years of age in AL and NE, 21 in MS) or older at time of participation and who own at least one dog or one cat, or both. Employees (and household or family members of such employees) of Nestlé Purina PetCare Company (“Sponsor”) and its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies, including the Administrator of this Game, and each of their affiliates are not eligible. Internet access is required to participate. Winning a prize is contingent on fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

TO PLAY: Visit PureLoveForPets.com (“Web site”) beginning at Noon ET on January 22, through 3:00 p.m. ET on February 12, (the “Game Period”) to complete the registration form. Then, follow the instructions to “erase” the interactive chalkboard on-screen to see if you are a potential winner. Data rates may apply to game play on a mobile device. Limit: One (1) Game play per person, per day. A “day” is defined as the 24-hour period beginning at Midnight ET on any individual calendar date during the Game Period and ending at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on that date, except on January 22, 2014 when the hours will be from Noon ET through 11:59:59 p.m. ET and on February 12, 2014 when the hours will be Midnight ET through 3:00 p.m. ET.

ENTRY LIMITATIONS: All participants must have a valid e-mail address to participate. Each person may use only one (1) e-mail address to participate in this Game, and such e-mail address may be used by only one person regardless of whether the e-mail address is shared by two or more people. No mass, automated or mechanically reproduced entries will be accepted. Any person who uses more than one (1) e-mail address to participate in this Game may be disqualified and any prize won may be forfeited, subject to Sponsor’s sole discretion. If a dispute arises regarding who submitted an entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the Authorized Account Holder of the e-mail address used at the time of registration. “Authorized Account Holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged. By participating in this Game, participants accept and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, which shall be final, binding and conclusive on all matters.

PRIZES: A total of one thousand one hundred thirty (1,130) Instant Win Game prizes will be available during the Game Period. Ten (10) Grand Prizes: Each Grand Prize winner will receive: (i) a Dyson Animal Vacuum; Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize: $500. Seventy (70) First Prizes: Each First Prize winner will receive winner’s choice of a dog or cat prize based on his/her selection at registration (preference selection subject to availability). Dog Prize: One (1) dog bed; OR, Cat Prize: One (1) cat scratcher; ARV of each Second Prize: $142. One Thousand Fifty (1,050) Second Prizes: Each Second Prize winner will receive one (1) coupon good for one (1) FREE (up to $15) package of any Purina Pet Product or Purina  Tidy Cats Cat Litter; ARV of each Second Prize: $15.
