Fandango.com – Fandango Ride Along Sweepstakes

Eligibility: The “Fandango Ride Along Sweepstakes” (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to persons who are legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in the jurisdiction of their residence, whichever is older) with a valid driver’s license and who have an active email account and Internet access as of 12/19/13. Any individuals (including but not limited to employees, consultants, independent contractors, and interns) who have, within the past six (6) months, performed services for Sponsor, Administrator, Universal City Studios, LLLP (“Universal”), Chrysler Group LLC (“Chrysler”), any organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the Sweepstakes or supplying prizes, and/or each of their respective parent, subsidiary, affiliated and successor companies, as well as persons involved in the creation, development or production of Ride Along, and immediate family and household members of such individuals, are not eligible to enter or win a prize. “Immediate family members” shall mean parents, step-parents, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses, regardless of where they live. “Household members” shall mean people who share the same residence at least three months a year, whether related or not. Potential winners may be required to provide proof of U.S. residency upon request prior to prize award. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited or restricted by law.

Sweepstakes Entry: The Sweepstakes begins at 9:00:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on Friday, December 20, 2013 and ends at 9:00:00 a.m. PT on Saturday, January 25, 2014 (“Promotion Period”). Administrator’s computer is the official clock for this Sweepstakes.

There are three (3) ways persons can enter the Sweepstakes: 1) completing a Ride Along ticket purchase transaction during the Promotion Period on Fandango via Fandango.com or the Fandango App; 2) during the Promotion Period online via www.FandangoRideAlongSweeps.com, or 3) during the Promotion Period via an email entry (defined below). Any entries received via one of these three ways will be referred to as an “Entry” (collectively, “Entries”). Entrants can earn additional Entries through the “Invite a Friend” option described below.

7. Prizes, Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) and Odds of Winning: Grand Prize (1 winner): Grand Prize Winner will receive: one (1) 2014 Dodge Charger R/T with a 29R package (“Vehicle”) (Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) $35,490) and one (1) check, issued by Administrator and payable to Grand Prize Winner, for fifteen thousand US dollars ($15,000.00).Total Grand Prize ARV: fifty thousand four hundred ninety US dollars ($50,490.00).Total car ARV based on 2014 Manufacturers Suggested Retail Price (“MSRP”) excluding tax, title, license plates, insurance and license charges.

First Prize (10 winners): Each First Prize Winner will receive a gift card worth up to one hundred US dollars (ARV $100.00) redeemable at gas stations (“Gas Card”). Issuer of Gas Card to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion; Gas Card is subject to terms and conditions of use as indicated thereon and as specified by the Gas Card provider. (ARV: $100.00).

TOTAL ARV OF ALL PRIZES: fifty one thousand four hundred ninety US dollars ($51,490.00).
