FIFA World Cup US Sweepstakes

Prizes: One (1) grand prize will be awarded consisting of a 3-day/2 or 3-night trip, depending on U.S. flight schedules, for the grand-prize winner and a guest (“Guest”) to Rio De Janeiro, Brazil. Two tickets to a soccer match at Maracana Stadium. The total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand-Prize Trip is $15,000.

FIRST PRIZES: Two (2) first prizes will be awarded each consisting of a set of four (4) Continental brand tires with a total ARV of up to $1,500 per winner.

SECOND PRIZES: Five (5) second prizes will be awarded each consisting of one (1) $100 Adidas gift card to use at Adidas.com or an Adidas retail store; one (1) Adidas match soccer ball (replica); and one (1) of each of the following: FIFA/Continental branded hat, key ring, sticker, coffee mug, pen, sticky note tabs and backpack. ARV is $150.00 each per winner.

THIRD PRIZES: Ten (10) third prizes will be awarded each consisting of one (1) Adidas match soccer ball (replica). ARV is $20.00 each per winner.

PRIZES, GENERAL: The total ARV of all prizes to be awarded in the Sweepstakes is $18,950.00.
