Eligibility

Barbara’s Giveaway is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and who classify themselves as one (1) of the following: 1) Parent or Legal Guardian: a parent or legal guardian of a minor child who is a legal U.S. resident between the ages of five (5) and thirteen (13) years as of as of the date of entry; OR 2) Dog-owner: the current owner of a dog.

Period

Barbara’s Giveaway ends at 11:59:59 pm ET on December 31.

During the Promotion Period, visit barbarasgiveaway.com and follow the instructions provided to enter your access code and to fully complete and submit the registration form.

Prizes

One (1) Grand Prize: Based on the two (2) classifications of eligibility set forth above, details surrounding the Grand Prize will vary. If the Grand Prize winner is a Parent/Legal Guardian: Winner will receive a four (4) day/three (3) night trip for winner and Eligible Child to Vancouver, Canada or such other location solely designated by Sponsor for an on-set visit where the Eligible Child will receive a walk-on background, nonspeaking, extra role in ABE’s next motion picture to be filmed on a date to be determined in ABE’s sole discretion. If winner also has a dog, winner can bring his/her Eligible Child and dog on the trip. Trip includes: a) round trip coach air transportation for winner and Eligible Child between the major gateway airport nearest the winner’s residence (selected in Sponsor’s sole discretion) and Vancouver International Airport or such other airport as designated by Sponsor; b) standard hotel accommodations (one (1) room, double-occupancy) for three (3) consecutive nights; and c) $1,000 of spending money in the form of a check.

If the Grand Prize winner is not a parent/legal guardian, but is a Dog-owner: Winner will receive a four (4) day/three (3) night Trip for winner and his/her dog to Vancouver, Canada or such other location solely designated by Sponsor for an on-set visit where the winner’s dog will receive a walk-on background role in the Picture to be filmed on a date to be determined in ABE’s sole discretion. Trip includes a) round trip coach air transportation for winner and dog; b) standard pet-friendly hotel accommodations (one (1) room, single-occupancy) for three (3) consecutive nights; and c) $1,000 of spending money in the form of a check.

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize (regardless of variation)= $2,800. Fifty (50) First Prizes: Each First Prize winner will receive a digital copy of the Pup Star movie. ARV= $20 each. Total ARV of all prizes=$3,800.
